The Job Application

(Note from JSP: This was received the other day at the company where I work. We have an online form by which one can apply for a job - this particular one was printed out and handed to me by my boss, who decided I needed to see it - and he was right. I'll save the major explanations for a moment, but have a look - obviously I blacked out anything that could identify her or us, but other than that have done no editing - this is a serious job application. She was not kidding.)

Okay, now for the rest of the story: Since this was the most insane thing I had seen in some time, there was some discussion over whether she was serious or just making a strange and elaborate joke about our service. So we did the only thing we could - we called her and tried to set up an interview. Well, a day later a relative of hers called us - he explained that she was having a lot of emotional problems right now and had been doing things like this, and he apologized for her troubling us. So there you have it - a job application from a lunatic.
